Estimator – £70,000–£85,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Generous Bonus + Progression
Maidstone – Office Based
Rare opportunity to join a well‑established main contractor delivering high‑profile commercial projects for blue‑chip and public‑sector clients, with values up to £15 m. The business is entering a key growth phase, offering long‑term stability, clear progression and a highly competitive salary with bonus potential.

• Produce accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review enquiries and complete bid/no‑bid assessments.
• Analyze tender documentation and prepare detailed estimates.
• Submit tenders and support post‑tender queries.

• Proven experience as an Estimator within a main contracting environment.
• Background in refurbishment or commercial construction projects.
• Experience producing competitive tenders.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Able to commute to Maidstone.

Full‑time, office‑based role working closely with a small, experienced estimating team. Clear pathway to a Senior Estimator position as workload and team size grow. Security, progression and long‑term career development.
