Vehicle Technician Required in Maidstone, Kent

Our client, a leading Volume Main Dealer in Maidstone, is looking for a dedicated Vehicle Technician to contribute to their growing success. • Salary: £38,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £50,000)
• Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:00;
  Saturdays 1 in 2 08:30 – 12:00
• Location: Maidstone, Kent

  Level 2 or 3 Qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance Repair or Similar

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on a variety of vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to a high standard
• Ensure that work is completed efficiently and in line with dealership and manufacturer guidelines
• Liaise with the service team and workshop controller to ensure vehicles are ready on time
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Level 3 preferred)
• Experience: Ideally a minimum of two years' experience in a garage or workshop environment (main dealer experience desirable but not essential)
• Skills: Preferably strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to high-quality work
• Attitude: A proactive team player with a customer-focused approach
• License: Full UK driving license
