We are now looking for a driven and well organised Product Specialist to join our busy team as a key role in keeping our Maidstone Volvo site running smoothly.

As an accredited Volvo Product Specialist, you will be the support function of our new and used sales operation. You’ll ensure our site is welcoming, professional, and always ready for our customers to explore. From managing vehicle displays to assisting our customers with vehicle handovers, you’ll create a first‑class customer journey from start to finish.

• Maintain digital display of new / used cars images and videos as per set guidelines which feed Lipscomb website and all other third‑party sites. A minimum image and video ratio must always be achieved as per set parameters. Full vehicle descriptions and pricing to be correct and update adverts as needed. Coordinate the display and presentation of all new and used Volvo on site.
• Ensure all vehicles are prepared, cleaned, and photo‑ready for online listings to include website maintenance.
• Manage vehicle keys, test drive scheduling, and stock movements where necessary.
• Support the sales team with site logistics and vehicle condition check ins.
• Work closely with the Management team to improve efficiencies.
• Managing retailer product display and accessory merchandising.
• Volvo Dealership site standards maintenance.
• Volvo New & Used car vehicle storage maintenance.
• New and Used car handovers.

If your application is successful, you will be enrolled on the Volvo Product Specialist certification programme; designed to give you all the skills and knowledge needed to deliver the finest Volvo customer experience. This will be a blend of product, systems, and process training including instructor led courses at Volvo Car UK’s Training and Development Centre in Northamptonshire, e‑learning and self‑study.
