We need an Administrative Assistant that is well organised and efficient to help us out in the workplace. The person who gets the job will be very important for keeping things running smoothly every day, handling mail, and helping with other administrative responsibilities. Duties

Answering phone calls in a professional way and sending questions to the right person

Organising and keeping files, records, and paperwork so that they are easy to find

Using Microsoft Office,
Google Workspace
, and Quick Books to do data input duties correctly

Helping team members set up appointments, meetings, and keep track of their calendars

Making reports, letters, and presentations as needed

Taking care of mail delivery and courier arrangements

Supporting basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and billing tasks with
Quick Books

Giving general administrative help to make sure that the office runs smoothly

Skills

Experience working in an office and good organisational skills

Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace apps well

Experience in data entry and other office work that requires a lot of attention to detail

Great speed and accuracy when typing

Good organisational skills to set priorities for tasks

Good manners on the phone and the ability to communicate clearly

It would be helpful to know how to use Quick Books or a similar accounting program.

Having worked in an office before is helpful but not necessary; training will be given if needed.
