Job Overview

This Senior IFA Administrator role is located in Maidstone and is available within a local, independently owned financial planning firm that is looking to organically grow its team with likeminded individuals.

You will be joining a values-driven firm that is passionate about doing what is right for the client and helping through its technical expertise.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior IFA Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Processing new business applications on all types of Pensions, Investments and Protection
  • Liaising with product providers
  • Producing illustrations and comparison quotations, including collating literature and pre-populating applications
  • Processing letters of authority
  • Updating client portfolios for annual reviews and printing reports
  • Completing ad‑hoc administration and requests on behalf of the team
  • Diary management – scheduling and rescheduling appointments
  • Occasional meeting and greeting of clients and visitors to the office

IFA Administrator Requirements
  • You must be an experienced Administrator within financial services
  • Ideally you should have experience of one or more of the following:
    • Supporting Financial Advisors
    • Group Scheme Administration
    • Mortgage Administration
  • You must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with IO would be advantageous but not essential
