Location: KIMS Hospital, Newnham Court Way, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5FT

Reporting to: Medical Records and SAR Lead

KIMS Hospital is looking for a Bank Medical Records Administrator to join our busy Medical Records team. This role plays a vital part in supporting patient care by ensuring medical records are accurately archived in line with hospital policy and GDPR requirements.

• Manage the archiving, digital storage and destruction of records in line with retention policies
• Responsible for maintaining and developing the medical records archive. Moving medical records to utilise all available storage.
• Follow correct procedures to identify, track and archive records

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with confidential information and electronic systems
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and administrative skills

This is a great opportunity to work flexibly on a Bank contract whilst being part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team within Kent’s largest independent hospital.
