We are recruiting full time Administrators.

You will provide administrative/clerical/secretarial support to assist in the smooth running of the service.

Main

duties of the job
  • Supporting managers and senior clinical staff by overseeing, inputting and processing data using various computer systems for example Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Mosaic, RIO
  • Liaising with the Hospital Discharge Teams to co-ordinate discharges to the Home First Service and allocating the visits generated to the team.
  • Act as a point of contact for the team, answering routine enquiries, assessing the nature of telephone calls and emails, actioning them in an appropriate manner or referring them to the appropriate person, in liaison with your colleagues, where necessary.
  • Occasionally assisting with receiving visitors in a courteous, prompt and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring that staff, service users and members of the public who contact the team are dealt with efficiently and consistently.
