This is a Weekend Admin Assistant role at a Barchester care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including answering the phone, handling files, supporting managers, meeting and greeting visitors, and engaging with residents. In this varied role, we'll need you to answer the phone, handle our files and support our managers. You'll also meet and greet visitors, engage with residents and show prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us so different.

ABOUT YOU
If you have the ability to multi-task, good computer skills and a confident telephone manner you could be well-suited to the Admin Assistant role with us. It's also really important that you're a people person and take a genuine interest in our residents and their families. Qualifications- You should have good computer skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to multitask. It's also important that you're a people person who can take a genuine interest in the residents and their families.
