• Manage and deliver accounting and business advisory services to clients within the professional services industry.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high performance and development.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and management accounts.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on financial matters and business planning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

• A professional qualification in accounting such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team in the accounting & finance sector.
• Experience in providing advisory services to clients within professional services.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
