This Area Chef role will support Pubs located in Surrey, Oxford, Oxfordshire, Cumnor, Albury, Guildford, Hampshire, Cranleigh, East Horsley, Maidenhead, Berkshire, and Witney. Own transport is required as the role involves travel. All travel expenses are covered.

The role of an Area Chef is to ensure you support our Executive Chef team where Chef Gaps act as a Support Chef and Area Chef. You could be acting Sous Chef, accountable for all aspects of the kitchen delivering the menu on the busiest services to the Peach Standard with control and accuracy. You could be supporting the Head Chef with day‑to‑day kitchen duties and deputising in his absence to cover the Sous Chef role.
