Role Overview
Begin your career in property with haart Estate Agents in Maidenhead. We’re recruiting a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our high‑energy, results‑driven team. This role is ideal for someone looking to enter the property industry, with no prior experience required. You’ll receive full training, ongoing coaching, and clear development pathways to help you build a successful and lasting career in real estate.
WhatYou’ll Receive
- £28,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm weekdays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday
- 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays)

- Fully paid hotel stay for the duration of your training in Colchester (incl. breakfast, lunch, and an evening meal)
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
