Senior Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to join a well-established, global organisation with a strong presence across international markets. This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering regional go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and commercial growth. This position is responsible for delivering marketing activity across international regions including APAC, LATAM, and EMEA. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams, helping translate product value into compelling customer messaging while enabling regional teams to perform at their best.

• Own and execute regional marketing and go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives
• Support product launches and regional market expansion initiatives
• Develop clear, customer-focused messaging and positioning
• Enable sales teams with insights, tools, and marketing materials
• Plan and run regional campaigns, tracking performance and optimising results
• Use market, customer, and performance data to inform decisions
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business

• 3–6+ years of professional marketing experience
• Proven experience in regional, international, or multi-market marketing roles
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales enablement
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder-management skills
• Data-driven, organised, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
• Very strong team environment with low attrition
