Private Client Solicitor

Shape the future of an award-winning Private Client team. This senior role offers genuine influence, hybrid flexibility, and the chance to work with high-quality clients on complex matters.

• Managing and supporting the Maidenhead team, ensuring high performance and development
• Delivering a broad range of private client services including Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs, and tax planning
• Overseeing workflow and mentoring junior staff
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
• Minimum 8 years' PQE in Private Client work
• Strong technical knowledge, especially in inheritance tax and estate planning
• STEP membership (or working towards qualification)
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing complex matters for high-net-worth clients
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with excellent interpersonal skills
