Our client, a FTSE listed international business, is looking to recruit a Reward Analyst / Reward & Benefits Business Partner to join a growing people function during a period of significant transformation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of reward strategy, pay equity and data analytics.

• Salary and bonus review cycles (modelling, analysis and outcomes)
• Job evaluation, salary benchmarking and market data analysis (multi-country)
• Pay equity and statutory pay gap analysis
• Reward and HRIS data management, reporting and insights
• Benefits data, renewals and provider management
• Close partnership with People Experience and Payroll teams

• Strong reward / compensation analytics experience
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex datasets
• Ability to translate technical reward data into clear business insight
• Customer-focused and capable of clear, effective, and concise communication
