• Assist in the preparation of the dining area before and after service.
• Support the preparation and organisation of the pantry area.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Ensure the pantry operation runs smoothly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team.
• Work closely with the front‑of‑house team to coordinate the smooth delivery of dishes to the tables.

• £31,824 annual salary based on 48‑hour contract.
• £8,700 estimated annual Tronc (non‑contractual).
