A growing, international business based in Maidenhead is seeking a newly ACA qualified Finance Manager to join its finance team. This role offers an excellent blend of technical accounting, commercial analysis and regional reporting, with exposure across EMEA operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate moving from practice into industry or an early-industry professional looking to step into a broader, more commercial finance role.
The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of management accounts while playing a key role in EMEA reporting, forecasting and financial analysis. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the region, providing insight to support decision-making and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Management Accounts & Financial Control
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
- Ownership of month-end close processes, journals, accruals and prepayments
- Variance analysis versus budget and prior periods
- Ensuring balance sheet integrity and compliance with accounting standards
EMEA Reporting & Analysis
- Preparation and consolidation of EMEA regional reporting packs
- Analysis of regional performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
- Supporting senior stakeholders with clear, actionable financial insight
- Liaising with local finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting
Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning
- Supporting annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting cycles across EMEA
- Developing rolling forecasts and scenario analysis
- Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic decisions
- Partnering with operational teams to challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy
Business Partnering & Continuous Improvement
- Acting as a finance partner to non-finance stakeholders across the region
- Supporting process improvements, automation and reporting enhancements
- Contributing to ad-hoc commercial and strategic projects
About You
- Newly ACA qualified (or qualifying imminently)
- Strong foundation in financial reporting and management accounts
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and analytical work
- Confident working with large data sets and financial models
- Strong Excel skills; systems experience an advantage
- Clear communicator with a proactive, commercially minded approach
