Finance Business Partner

Orka Financial is currently partnering with a global FMCG business based in Maidenhead that is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join the team. This role focuses on supporting the marketing team with regards to budgeting and forecasting and acting as a true Finance Business Partner.

Monthly reporting including forecasting and providing strong input to the monthly pack with clear variance analysis and insight.

Owning the end‑to‑end tracking and reporting of marketing spend, partnering closely with marketing teams to manage budgets, forecasts and performance.

Supporting medium‑to‑longer‑term planning process in the business.

Leading the development and approval of marketing and new product development.

Business partnering with the marketing team providing any information/guidance required from a finance perspective.

This role would suit a qualified Accountant with strong FP&A/Business partnering experience. The role is based in Maidenhead and operates hybrid working.

Salary £60,000 + bonus and benefits.
