We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity to join Desborough College in Maidenhead as part of their Pastoral Care Team. This role focuses on supporting the wellbeing, engagement, and day‑to‑day pastoral needs of young people within the school community.

As part of our partnership with Desborough College, we are working intentionally to embed movement and physical activity as a protective factor for young people and as a positive tool to support emotional regulation, resilience, and overall wellbeing. With this in mind, the school is particularly keen to attract candidates who bring:

• Experience in physical activity, sport, movement, or coaching
• Skills in engaging young people through active approaches
• A passion for using movement as a means to build relationships and support wellbeing
• Creativity in developing provision where movement and wellbeing are interconnected

This role presents a unique platform for someone with a movement‑based background who is interested in contributing to a whole‑school approach to wellbeing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape and grow innovative practice where physical activity is woven into pastoral support.
