SEND Teaching Assistant – Maidenhead
Full-time or Part time | Term-Time Only | £97–£105 per day

Complete Classroom Services are working with a warm and supportive SEND school in Maidenhead, seeking both long-term Teaching Assistants and reliable cover staff. The school specialises in supporting pupils with ASD and caters for around 112 students aged 4–16. Classes are small, with approximately 8 pupils, and support is typically delivered on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis to ensure each child receives focused and personalised guidance.

This is a highly rewarding environment where you will play a vital role in helping children develop academically, socially and emotionally.

About the Role:

* Provide 1:1 and occasional 1:2 support to pupils with ASD

* Assist pupils with lesson engagement, communication activities and daily routines

* Support teachers with classroom tasks and behaviour regulation

* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and other support staff

* Contribute to a calm, patient and nurturing setting

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

* Has experience working with children with SEND (ASD experience preferred)

* Is confident providing dedicated 1:1 or small-group support

* Holds a DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)

* Has the Right to Work in the UK

* Is caring, reliable and committed to supporting pupil progress

* Is open to long-term positions or flexible cover work
