Cookham Dean CE Primary School is seeking a Deputy Headteacher. To start April 2026. The role includes a teaching commitment and the opportunity to support the Headteacher in moving the school forward through leadership, strategic thinking and a creative approach to teaching.

• Support the Headteacher in leading the school and driving its continued success.
• Provide strong leadership, strategic thinking and a creative approach to teaching and learning.
• Fulfill a teaching commitment as part of the role.

• In possession of a SENCO qualification or an interest in qualifying for SENCO.
• Leadership qualities with experience in an educational setting.
• An excellent and inspirational classroom practitioner.
