Location: Maidenhead

Job Type: Full-time

Shifts: 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm, 7 days per week

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

The Role

We are recruiting Customer Care Specialists to support Volvo Cars in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, assisting customers across their shopping and ownership journey, handling queries and complaints efficiently, and ensuring every interaction reflects Volvo’s commitment to safety, sustainability, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality customer support via inbound calls, webchat, email, social, Whats App, SMS, and in-app chat
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Keep accurate records and manage lead follow-up effectively
  • Escalate issues and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience
  • Be flexible to work across both the inbound calls and webchat teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Genuine passion for customer service
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and escalate appropriately
  • Calm, personable, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Bonus: experience in customer care operations, complaint handling, or CRM systems
