Artworker (Experiential & Print Production), Maidenhead, Up to £42K

We’re looking for a meticulous Artworker to join this amazing creative brand experience agency, working on high-profile campaigns for global brands. You’ll be responsible for delivering print-ready, production-perfect artwork across experiential activations, retail displays, signage, POS, and digital outputs. This is a hands-on Artworker role, working closely with designers, campaign managers, and production partners to ensure flawless execution—from concept to final print.

• Prepare print-optimised artwork for large-format, retail displays, and packaging
• Ensure brand consistency across all assets, adhering to strict guidelines
• Collaborate with designers to adapt concepts into production-ready files
• Troubleshoot technical issues with print suppliers and production teams
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• 3+ years’ experience in artwork (agency or in-house studio preferred)
• Expert in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong knowledge of print production, colour management and pre-press
• A perfectionist’s eye for detail (layout, typography, specs)
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Experience in retail/experiential marketing, POS, or large-format print
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and production techniques
• Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly)
