A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen their team. Highly experienced, their capabilities include Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical and Civil & Structural Engineering working across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, retail, health, education, public sector and residential.

• Day‑to‑day delivery of projects ranging from £50K to £1M.
• Developing the project management strategy and delivery.
• Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projects.
• Attending and chairing meetings.
• Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
• Developing, growing and maintaining client relationships.

• Relevant construction related degree.
• Commercially astute with good negotiation skills.
• Flexible and can work to deadlines.
• Ability to successfully manage and prioritise multiple projects.
• JCT and NEC experience.
• Self‑motivated.
• Client facing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
