Euro Polytech Academy is an education and training institute based in Porto, focused on vocational, professional, and internationally recognised programmes. As part of our institutional development, we are currently preparing for DGERT certification and expanding our academic and training capacity.

In this context, Euro Polytech Academy is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified professionals holding a valid CCP (Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas) to join our associate trainer pool for current and future training delivery.

This EOI aims to:

• Identify qualified trainers available for future collaboration
• Build a structured pool of CCP-certified trainers aligned with DGERT requirements
• Support upcoming face-to-face training delivery in Porto
• Strengthen the institute's training and pedagogical capacity

This EOI does not constitute an offer of employment or a guarantee of engagement.

We welcome EOIs from trainers with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Business & Management
• Hospitality & Tourism
• IT & Cybersecurity
• Customer Service & Professional Practice
• English / Business English / Communication Skills
• Soft Skills & Employability
• Administration, Legal or Business Fundamentals
• Other vocational or professional domains aligned with DGERT

Depending on programme needs and expertise, trainers may be invited to:

• Deliver on-site, face-to-face training in Porto
• Prepare and deliver structured training sessions aligned with defined learning outcomes
• Support learner engagement, guidance, and progression
• Participate in assessment activities, where applicable
• Contribute to training documentation and quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Valid CCP (Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas) issued in Portugal
• Relevant academic and/or professional background in the proposed training area
• Availability to deliver on-site training in Porto
• Strong communication, organisation, and learner-focused approach
• Availability for sessional or part-time collaboration
• English language is a must (professional level)

• Previous experience in vocational or professional training
• Familiarity with DGERT-aligned training environments
• Experience working with international or adult learners
• Ability to deliver training in English, depending on programme requirements

• Inclusion in Euro Polytech Academy's associate trainer pool
• Potential sessional or part-time teaching opportunities as programmes are confirmed
• Collaboration with an institution in growth and accreditation phase
• Structured, quality-focused training environment
• Possibility of longer-term collaboration subject to performance and institutional needs
