Job Description
Do you love turning complex data into clear direction? We're looking for a sharp Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and smart solutions — and communicate it all without putting anyone to sleep.
What You'll Do:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify process improvements
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
- Support project delivery from discovery through implementation
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Strong skills in data analysis, process mapping, and documentation
- Experience with JIRA, SQL, or similar tools a plus
- Excellent communicator — written and verbal
