We are a global distribution company currently seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in Mahwah, NJ.
This is a NON-CLINICAL position
Job Description- Oversight of occupational health programs and other health-related issues.
- Functions as a health consultant and program manager, working with management, employees, outside medical providers, community resources and other vendors.
- Job responsibilities/knowledge areas include, but not limited to:
- Department of Transportation Examination Compliance
- Controlled Substance Testing, Drug and Alcohol Program/Aftercare
- Injury Management of work related injuries
- American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Process/Waiver Protocol
- Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
- Crisis Management
- Hearing Conservation Program Compliance
- Respiratory Medical Compliance
- Health Education/Wellness Programs
- Medical Provider Management
- BAis required
- Occupational Health background in corporate setting with a COHN license
