Jaguar Land Rover North America's internship program is a great opportunity for college students entering their junior or senior year, or who are currently in a graduate school program, to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of the automotive industry!  This is a great opportunity for personal growth and development from a business and learning perspective.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Intern to join our team, gaining hands-on experience in subvention cost analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. This internship offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced finance professionals, develop technical skills, and contribute to data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced corporate environment. If you are passionate about finance, problem-solving, and process optimization, this role will provide the exposure and experience needed to accelerate your career.

Details of the program:

The program is open to students at a Junior or Senior level in their Bachelor's Degree program or a Graduate Program

The Internship runs from June 15, 2025 to May

Hybrid Schedule

What you will be doing:

Assist in analyzing subvention costs and their impact on financial performance.

Support the finance team in tracking and forecasting subsidies and incentives.

Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Conduct market research into benchmark subvention strategies against industry trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and improve efficiency.

Assist with ad hoc financial modeling and data analysis as needed.

Perform other duties as required.

What you will need:

The successful candidate must be currently enrolled in a financial/business related academic program for 2025/26 (either a junior, senior, or graduate student)

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Planner, Power Automate) to streamline reporting and analysis.

Strong understanding of Finance, including Forecasting & Budgeting principles

Ability to analyze financial data

Natural problem solver, with the ability to adapt to change

Personal Attributes:
Committed, Curious, Driven … and most importantly a Team Player.

Preferred - knowledge in Excel, Tableau for advanced data analysis & visualization

Schedule:

Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
