Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Laborer located in Mahwah, NJ. The Construction Laborer will assist in a variety of construction-related tasks, including masonry work, site preparation, renovations, and flooring installation. Responsibilities include handling tools, operating equipment, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and following project instructions closely while collaborating effectively with team members.
Qualifications- Experience in Masonry and Construction techniques
- Knowledge of Flooring and Renovation processes
- Ability to conduct basic Research to improve efficiency and practices
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Willingness to learn and operate construction tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
