Plastic Technician position available at a 44,000sf non-climate controlled manufacturing warehouse with approximately 30 employees producing urethane parts from raw materials. The role involves manual labor in a safe, clean, organized, and well-ventilated warehouse. Extensive training will be provided.

• Produce plastic parts according to detailed work instructions
• Weigh, mix, and heat liquid resins accurately and safely
• Pour and heat molds in ovens
• Handle hot molds in and out of ovens
• Handle 5 gallon pails of liquid material
• Meet daily quotas and record daily progress on activity reports
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Extensive training provided

• Excellent attendance is a must
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Basic math skills
• Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs
• Walk/Stand/Stoop/Bend for 8‑10 hours/day
• Work well in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Follow guidelines & procedures
• Attentive to detail
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening

• Warehouse Experience
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00am to 5:30pm
• Friday:
  As needed – Must be available to work Friday
• 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks at 10:00am & 3:00pm
• 40 hrs – Plus potential overtime
