Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader with 7-10 years of experience who can help elevate financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You'll work directly with leadership to improve processes and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies

• Manage general ledger, reporting, and financial controls

• Collaborate with operations and leadership on business strategy

• Support audits and oversee internal control frameworks

• Identify opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong GAAP knowledge

• CPA is a plus

• Experience in manufacturing or similar industries preferred

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
