Are you an experienced Transport Manager ready to take ownership of a high-performing transport operation?

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established logistics and storage business, operating a modern fleet of HGVs and refrigerated vehicles across the UK & ROI. You'll oversee a team of transport planners and coordinators, ensuring compliance, efficiency and exceptional customer service within a growing, professional logistics environment.

• Lead and develop a team of transport planners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee compliance with UK & ROI O-Licence requirements and act as CPC holder.
• Monitor driver hours, tachographs and fleet compliance.
• Analyse costs, identify efficiencies and present reports to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with customers, maintaining high service levels and strong relationships.
• Utilise modern TMS software (CARGO) to monitor KPI performance and routing efficiency.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate outbound movements.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Transport Manager position.
• CPC qualification essential.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing budgets and improving operational efficiency.
• Excellent IT and reporting ability.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled logistics desirable.

• £50,000 - £55,000 DOE.
• 28 days annual leave + additional benefits including healthcare plan, pension and bonus.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (no regular weekend work).
