Financial Controller

A well established Mid-Ulster business based in the Magherafelt area is seeking a new Financial Controller due to a retirement within the team. The position will take ownership of its finance function and support senior leadership with strategic and operational decision-making. This is a hands-on role that will report into Director level. The Role:

Full responsibility for the day-to-day finance function Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Cashflow management and working capital control Oversight of payroll, AP/AR, and balance sheet reconciliations Liaison with external auditors, accountants, and other advisors Supporting senior management with financial insight and analysis Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiencies

The Person :
