Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate supplier accounts and supporting the wider finance function within a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Process high volumes of supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely posting Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare and process supplier payment runs Manage supplier queries in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records of all transactions within the purchase ledger Assist with month-end procedures, including accruals and reconciliations Who were looking for Minimum 2 years experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role Experience working within construction, manufacturing, engineering, or a fast-paced commercial environment desirable Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload to deadlines If this sounds like your next career move, please get in touch with Diarmuid for more information.
