• Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or proven equivalent experience
• Proven experience producing management accounts
• Confident in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Excellent communicator, able to convey financial insights to non-finance colleagues

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and KPIs
• Support the budgeting process, reforecasts, and financial modelling for business planning
  
  Generate insightful financial reports to inform operational and strategic decisions
• Collaborate with production, technical, supply chain, and HR teams to optimise financial performance
• Analyse cost drivers, product margins, and stock variances while maintaining robust financial controls and compliance
