Customer Success Administrator

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our major client, a large customer-focused organisation with the recruitment of a Customer Success Administrator to join their team based in Magherafelt.

• 12 Month Contract
• Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
• Opportunity to work within a supportive Customer Success team

You'll be joining a well-established organisation delivering response maintenance and repair services within a regulated environment.

• Experience working in a busy office environment
• Previous customer service or customer support experience
• GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in English and Maths
• Strong data input and administration skills
• IT literate with good Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with strong time-management skills
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and hit KPI targets
• Desirable
  : experience within the social housing sector

• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and repair requests
• Deliver a professional, high-quality customer service experience
• Triage and assign repair jobs to the relevant teams or subcontractors
• Monitor job progress, update systems, and ensure target dates are met
• Keep customers informed and escalated issues where required
• Liaise regularly with internal stakeholders to provide accurate updates
• Maintain records, complete job closures, and support KPI performance
