The Role You will play a key part in supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting operations while gaining exposure to reporting, payroll, and statutory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing invoices, credit notes, and receipts accurately within the accounting system Posting purchases and payments and maintaining clean ledgers Managing and responding to the shared finance mailbox Assisting with weekly and monthly financial reporting Monitoring bank accounts and posting ledger entries Processing weekly payroll (c.100 employees) on a rotational basis (full training provided) Supporting statutory reporting (VAT, EC Sales, Intrastat) Completing credit card and petty cash reconciliations Assisting with month-end bank and balance sheet reconciliations Providing general administrative support as required

This role offers excellent exposure across multiple areas of finance, making it ideal for someone looking to broaden their skillset. About You Minimum 5 GCSEs (A

* C), including Maths and English At least 2 years experience in a finance or accountancy role Strong numerical ability and excellent attention to detail Confident communicator, both written and verbal Able to work independently and meet deadlines Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

Experience with Net Suite by Oracle or Sage Payroll (advantageous but not essential) Youll be someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a busy environment. Whats On Offer?
