Due to our continued growth, B.P.McKeefry wishes to recruit an Accounts Executive to join a highly successful existing Finance Team.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail and will receive full in-house training for the role. This role is permanent and will be based at our office in Swatragh and can commence immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing of Accounts Receivable – sales invoices, credit notes, receipts and issuing month end statements.
- Processing credit applications for new customers.
- Processing of Accounts Payable – purchase orders, supplier invoices, reconciliation to supplier statements and processing payments.
- Assist in the preparation of key weekly and monthly Management Information / Reports.
- Processing of payroll (training provided if required).
- Assist in preparation of statutory reports (VAT, EC Sales, Intrastat) and business surveys.
- Month‑end bank account and credit card reconciliations.
- Monitoring mailbox: ensure emails are monitored and appropriately actioned.
- General administrative duties in the office.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
- GCSE Maths (Grade B or above) and GCSE English (Grade B or above) and at least 3 other GCSEs at Grades A*-C.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Team player with ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude.
- Capacity to work independently with limited supervision.
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- Excellent organisational skills.
