About the role:

From £25,000 - £28,000 per annum Monday to Friday Full in-house training will be provided. Training and development opportunities 20 days annual holidays plus 9 public holidays Flexible working arrangement may be considered Permanent role What you'll be doing in this role:
Processing of Accounts Receivable - processing of sales invoices, credit notes, receipts and issuing month end statements. Processing credit applications for new customers. Processing of Accounts Payable purchase orders, processing supplier invoices, reconciliation to supplier statements and processing payments. Assist in the preparation of key weekly and monthly Management Information / Reports Processing of payroll. Full training will be provided if required.

Assist in preparation of statutory reports (VAT, EC Sales, Intrastat) and business surveys. Month-end bank account and credit card reconciliations. General administrative duties in the office. What you'll need for this role: GCSE Maths (Grade B or above) and GCSE English (Grade B or above) and at least 3 other GCSEs at Grades A*-C Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Team player with roll up your sleeves attitude.
