Job Overview

Though a part‑time job, this will be a proper role requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A probation period will be necessary in the first instance. Wages will be paid 4 weekly. You will receive 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata). You will be required to apply for a DBS check at no expense to you.

Support cannot be carried out in the personal assistant’s own home.

• Assist me with becoming more independent within my home and local community.
• Help with dressing.
• Assist to organise items for easy reach.
• Assist with domestic tasks, shopping, washing.

• Reliable and punctual.
• Respect my privacy.
• Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Car driving is not essential.
• Flexible and acceptable.
• Must like dogs and able to work in an environment where dogs are present.
• Able to communicate effectively at all times.

• Probation period included.
