Zonal Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
Monitor and drive performance of all showrooms within the zone to ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Build, train, and mentor showroom sales teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance KPIs.
Monitor stock levels, fast-moving inventory, and coordinate with merchandising teams for stock replenishment and demand planning.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and promotions.
Conduct regular showroom visits for performance reviews, staff engagement, and operational checks.
Implement and oversee promotional campaigns, festive offers, and events to boost footfall and conversions.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, showroom hygiene, and customer service experience.
Coordinate with marketing and branding teams for regional campaigns and customer engagement programs.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management on a regular basis.
