What you’ll do
- Support the Sales Assist team in identifying and engaging potential customers showing inbound interest or product usage signals
- Research companies using Make and identify potential automation use cases
- Support outreach to inbound leads and product-qualified leads (PQLs)
- Manage lead qualification and keep customer data accurate in Salesforce
- Help prepare discovery context before meetings with prospects
- Support follow-ups and coordination with Account Executives and partners
- Learn how to identify automation opportunities and expansion signals within accounts
- SaaS sales fundamentals: prospecting, qualification, and opportunity creation
- How product-led sales works when product usage and inbound signals drive sales conversations
- How automation platforms help companies improve productivity, reduce manual work, and scale processes
- Communication, discovery, and business conversation skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- AI literacy and interest in SaaS, automation, and modern GTM motions
- Strong interest in tech sales and desire to learn sales fundamentals
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with structured information
- Active listening skills and confidence asking questions
- Organized and comfortable working with data and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
- Resilience, adaptability, and a team-first attitude
- Office amenities (snacks, drinks, events)
- Access to learning platforms (e.g., Degreed)
- Participation in company events (e.g., summer/winter parties)
