As a Key Account Manager
, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening strategic customer partnerships while ensuring excellence in commercial execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive sustainable growth, elevate the customer experience, and contribute to strong business performance across the Imagine Guided Therapy and Precision Diagnosis portfolio.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Partner Sales Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in the medical devices or healthcare market is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities and operational management skills.
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Fluent Spanish and strong English proficiency.
