Own the entire sales funnel for Uptail.ai, building pipeline and closing deals for AI agents with B2C service companies. This founding role involves shaping the sales strategy, documenting playbooks, and laying the groundwork to scale a high‑performing sales team from scratch.

Madrid, Spain

• Work hand‑in‑hand with the founding team to define the future of B2C sales with cutting‑edge AI agents.
• Join a €1M pre‑seed funded AI startup already handling 50,000+ conversations/month for major clients like Glovo and Impress.
• Massive greenfield market opportunity with real ownership and impact, leading to significant career growth and team leadership.

• Generate and qualify prospects using creative outbound tactics across various channels.
• Lead discovery calls, demos, and negotiations to close deals with early adopters in Spain and Europe.
• Document successful sales strategies and lay the groundwork for building and scaling the future sales team.

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or growth roles with a strong bias for action.
• Based in Madrid or willing to relocate, fluent in Spanish and English (third language a plus).
• Possesses an experimental mindset, leveraging AI to optimise processes and accelerate results.
