* Job Description:
** The new hire will learn the key concepts and processes of the Sales Operations department, with a primary focus on Net Suite sales order creation and timely task completion in accordance with company policies and standard business practices under the Nextpower Europe/Spain subsidiaries.

* Net Suite Experience preferred but not required
* Strong attention to accuracy and detail

* Proficiency in Excel, able to create Pivot tables and complex charts.

* Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do… Gain experience and know-how in Net Suite and create sales orders as well as SO maintenance. Gain a deep understanding of the quote-to-cash process and Intercompany transactions. Develop a deep understanding of business domain knowledge.
* Keeping up with product and service information and updates on NX products . Interest toward analysis and customer service. He or she should be fluent in English, familiar with GAAP, SOX compliance and SOD guidelines.
* The sales orders will require attention to detail and accuracy.
The Sales Operations Reporting Analyst will be based in Madrid, Spain. In this position, you will report to the Director of Sales Operations. The position will utilize Business Intelligence tools to analyze CRM & ERP data to provide the team with a real-time consistent and accurate view of global Sales activities translates to transaction records. You will work closely with the Sales & Sales Operations teams from around the world in providing required transactions and supporting Sales to close deals and signal Operations activities.
New hire will be expected to be trained and work under supervision for the first 2-3 months.
