Spain Delivery Specialist Senior

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing logistics suppliers in Spain and Portugal. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, conduct regular performance evaluations (timeliness, cost, service quality), and optimize the supplier portfolio.
2. Arrange and coordinate international logistics transportation, including but not limited to sea, air, and land freight.
3. Monitor shipment status, proactively anticipate and resolve exceptions during transit to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
4. Optimize logistics solutions based on delivery requirements in Spain and Portugal, and manage/control logistics costs.
5. Handle customs declaration for import/export shipments, independently prepare and submit customs documents, ensuring full compliance with regulations and policies of customs and relevant regulatory bodies.
6. Manage local import clearance operations overseas, including preparation and submission of required documents.
7. Assist in the calculation, declaration, and payment of tariffs, VAT, and other related taxes for import/export activities.
8. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customs authorities.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in international logistics and customs affairs.
2. Hands-on experience in import/export customs clearance and international trade operations, capable of independently managing end-to-end import/export processes.
3. Familiar with import policies, compliance requirements, and regulations in Spain, Portugal, and related regions.
4. Knowledgeable in customs regulations, policies, and tariff calculation.
5. Experience in logistics cost management.
6. Strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility.
