About the role

Imagine stepping into a role where your work becomes the backbone of how entire plants operate. Behind every successful operation is a strong foundation—and that’s where you come in. As an Operations Data Specialist at Destinus, you transform data into action and action into impact. You’re the link between plant performance, improvement initiatives, and the insights that fuel smarter decisions across Production & Supply Chain.

In this role, you will ensure that our Digital Shopfloor Management Solution remains robust, accurate, and accessible for more than 300 people across three European plants. At the same time, you will drive the standardization and deployment of continuous improvement practices that strengthen our operational maturity and accelerate performance.

At Destinus
, we are revolutionizing the defense industry with cutting‑edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the unique demands of modern defense operations, delivering unparalleled speed, precision, and cost effectiveness.

What You´ll Do
  • Maintain and continuously improve Power BI dashboards that track critical KPIs across Production & Supply Chain.
  • Ensure data reliability by resolving data flow issues, aligning definitions across plants, and standardizing metric calculations.
  • Collaborate with local teams across three plants to support the rollout and execution of improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor the progress of projects, highlight deviations, and help ensure actions are implemented effectively.
  • Partner closely with production managers and supply chain teams to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Contribute to the development of a unified, scalable OE framework that supports growth and efficiency across all manufacturing sites.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in a production or supply chain environment; aerospace or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design, troubleshooting), complemented by strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and analysis).
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as MSD or similar.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Experience in a start‑up environment is preferred.
Who You Are

You thrive where data meets operations. You enjoy diving into details but stay focused on how your work drives the bigger mission. You’re proactive, structured, and energized by solving problems across different plants and teams. You understand that improvement is both technical and cultural, and you’re driven by the challenge of building consistency, clarity, and performance at scale.

You turn numbers into stories, stories into priorities, and priorities into measurable change. Above all, you take ownership, challenge assumptions, and stay committed to operational excellence.
