Interaction Designer to join our Madrid team and take ownership of end-to-end user experiences — from first sketch to shipped product and beyond. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and refining the user experience of our digital products throughout the full product lifecycle.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Plan, design, and refine the user experience for digital products across the full product lifecycle. Lead end-to-end interaction design, translating ideas and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces using tools such as Figma.
** Requirements:
** 3–5 years' experience in interaction design, UX, or frontend development.

Relevant education background in Interaction Design, User Experience, Psychology, Ergonomics, or a comparable field.

Strong skills and experience in interaction design, user research methods. Ability to plan and organizeuser research sessionsfrom recruitment to reporting.  Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to work both in the team and independently.
