We are looking for a
** Security Site Manager
** within Thales CDI located in Madrid.

* Education:

*** A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
* Preferred:
Experience or certifications aligned with a
** CISO profile** (CISSP, CISA, CISM)
* Proficiency in
** Spanish
* * and
** English** (both written and spoken) is essential.
** Technical experience:
*** Proven ability to develop and deploy
** Crisis Management Plans
** in international organizations.
* In-depth understanding of
** Security Management
** principles and
** BCP (Business Continuity Planning)
** standards.
* A strong grasp of
** local, national, and international security regulations**, including:+
** ISO 27001
** implementation.+
** ENS (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad)
** frameworks.
* Experience conducting
** audits
* * to ensure adherence to security policies and standards.
* Solid knowledge of
** IT Security
** concepts, including:+ Cybersecurity principles (firewalls, encryption, intrusion prevention).+ Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, etc.).+ Threat analysis and remediation processes.
