Senior Consultant​/Manager - Business Translator​/AI Strategy

NTT DATA is looking for a senior/manager profile who can connect business goals with Data & AI solutions—owning the vision, roadmap, and operating model to scale value. You will act as a translator between business and technology
, partnering with C-level leaders and cross-functional teams to prioritize use cases, ensure adoption, and manage risk (including ethics, privacy, and security). If you have experience in sectors such as automotive, life sciences, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or services, we want you to join our innovative team!

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/master's degree in engineering, Business/Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science or a related field. Postgraduate courses in AI/Analytics/Digital Transformation are a plus.

Experience:

3+ years in consulting or internal roles defining and executing Data & AI/Analytics strategy, leading initiatives and teams, and serving as the business–tech bridge. Experience in one or more of:
Automotive, Life Sciences, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Services/Infrastructure, or Travel–Transport–Leisure (HTTL)

Core Competences:

• Strategic consulting, portfolio prioritization, and roadmap design.
• Stakeholder management and C-level communication; storytelling and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Dash/Streamlit for effective communication).
• Solid fundamentals of ML/GenAI to assess approaches (not a hands development role).
• Functional knowledge of Python/SQL to understand solutions and validate hypotheses.
• Agile / Lean Product (discovery, backlog, value tracking); working knowledge of Data Governance.
• Advanced English

Nice to Have:

• GenAI experience (LLMs, RAG, copilots), prompt engineering, and model quality measurement.
• Process Mining and optimization/meta heuristics.
• Certifications or knowledge of Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), MLOps, or Data Governance
