AI & Data Intelligence Specialist

We’re looking for an AI & Data Intelligence Specialist to help us connect the dots — across leads, trends, client behaviour, and internal systems. This is a hybrid role, based in Madrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote), and will play a key part in helping our sales, marketing, and leadership teams work faster, smarter, and more strategically.

This role is perfect for someone who loves research, pattern recognition, AI tools, and deep work
. You don’t need to be a communicator or strategist — but you do need to be obsessed with structure, curious about tech, and excited to make systems better for everyone around you.

You’ll work with the leadership, sales, and marketing teams to:

• Research business data across industries, platforms, and lead sources
• Structure and organise data so it’s actionable and easy to use
• Use AI tools to assist with research, analysis, and automation
• Spot patterns in company behaviour and share insights with sales/marketing
• Help build internal systems to qualify leads, prioritise outreach, and support campaign targeting
• Continuously experiment with new tools and methods to improve speed, accuracy, and output

• Loves deep research, structuring data

• Is excited by AI and curious about how to use it for automation, analysis, and workflow design
• Enjoys working independently
  , focusing on detailed work without distraction
• Is naturally organised and methodical — and likes turning chaos into clean, structured output
• Is based in Madrid or willing to relocate for a hybrid HQ role
